You have to wonder about the conversations that took place right before they wrote that one. I'm guessing it went something like this: "There is the risk that our equipment might be used by bad people and perhaps we'll be liable if our hard drives are used for terrorist activities. Let's add more legal verbage just to be safe!" Unfortunately too many people are too sue-happy these days, so the lawyers are not the only ones to blame for this.
